The SRRP will comprise cluster of environmental technology industries, with clear synergies to the existing facilities surrounding the Ince Marshes site. To achieve a critical mass and catalyst to further development, it is envisaged the SRRP will be anchored around an Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF).Peel commissioned Virtual Planit to prepare a model for the Environmental Statement for the proposed development including a flood risk assessment. Along with RSK ENSR Landscape Architects, Virtual Planit are involved in the preparation of the landscape and visual impact assessment including the preparation of computer generated photomontage images for public consultation, for the whole site.
